Full payment to be made in full at the time of purchase. You can pay using a credit or debit card via Paypal, which is secure and safe. Simply click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button to proceed to PayPal – please note you do not need to have an account with PayPal to do this.
Shipping
The Mickey™ ships to almost all countries worldwide. If you are located somewhere we do not ship to, you are welcome to contact us and we will see if we can find a solution for you. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to specific countries. We cannot guarantee how long a shipment takes to arrive and is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
We generally ship within x4 to x5 working days of your payment clearing. The posters are shipped from UK and packaged in a sturdy cardboard envelope or container. Delivery is usually quite quick but sometimes your customs may delay this, so please allow up to 28 days for your delivery. Average delivery times are as follows:
• UK: 4/5 days. All UK orders are sent 1st Class.
• USA/Canada/Australia/Western Europe: The average is about x10 days, but please allow at least x2 weeks for delivery.
• Rest of the world: The average is x14 days, but please allow x3 to x4 weeks for delivery. Please bear in mind that it might take a little longer during busy times (Christmas, Easter, Thanks Giving, EID Mubarac, etc). Please note the buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country.
Refunds & Exchanges
All prints and originals are 100% returnable for the full purchase price within x30 days of the shipping date. We do not refund postage, and you will be liable to any charges incurred if you return any goods to us. We can’t consider a refund on any missing prints until at least x20 business days have passed – that’s four weeks from shipping date. Please remember that our packages sometimes may not fit in your mail boxes, so please check with your postal carrier if you think something has not arrived when it should have.
If we hear from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 days of your notice of cancellation of your order. If your order is returned to us by the postal service as they were unable to deliver it, then we will be happy to re-ship your order however you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
Colour Reproduction
Please note that colour differs greatly from screen to screen worldwide – some screens/monitors may be correctly colour calibrated, have a very high pixel definition and are more likely depict the intended colours; whereas some poorer quality screens will be the opposite. The posters listed above have been thoroughly print tested and colour corrected, and have been personally approved by The Mickey™ or by one of our agents.
Additional Policies
All items, images and artworks are original material and the copyright and intellectual property rights are wholly owned by The Mickey™. Artwork or images may not be used in a commercial capacity unless permission has been sought and agreed in advance with The Mickey™ or one our agents.
